  2. All food service vendors in arenas and stadiums with seating capacity of at least 15,000
  3. Food manufacturers with a floor area of at least 25,000 square feet
  4. Food wholesalers with a floor area of at least 20,000 square feet

Businesses have three options for complying with these rules, they can: transport the organic waste to a treatment facility themselves, hiring a carting company to transport the organic waste to a treatment facility, or they can treat the organic waste on site.
